3. Digital Content Acquisition Policy
As our production consists of digital goods delivered immediately and irrevocably, the following conditions apply:
Product Nature: Once access to digital content is granted, delivery is considered complete.
Technical Support: In the event of technical difficulties accessing files on partner platforms (such as Vimeo OTT), our support team will provide full assistance to ensure successful viewing.
Refunds: Refund requests will be analyzed individually in cases of proven technical failure that cannot be resolved by our team, within 7 days of acquisition.
